Personal Training
Everyone can benefit from personal training, from the absolute beginner to the experienced athlete.
You get a dedicated sports professional to teach, coach, advise and motivate you every step of the way toward your own personal goal. This can be anything from weight loss, weight gain, sports specific, running a marathon or just running after the kids.
I take the inconvenience out of going to a gym by coming to you. I can give you a complete workout in your living room, garden, office or local park at a time that suits you.
Come for a free consultation; we’ll sit down and discuss your goals and any likes/dislikes you may have. I’ll then devise a bespoke program for you based on what you want to achieve and how much time you can give to it. This will go hand in hand with nutritional advice or even a day to day diet if you wish.
Your first session will include a full body assessment, consisting of height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, body fat percentage and postural analysis. This will be your benchmark to work from, enabling us to monitor your progress.
Sessions can be tailored to all budgets and time constraints.
