Frequently Asked Questions
I have never exercised before and am not very fit, could I manage a class?
Yes the classes are mixed ability, so you work as hard as YOU are able to.
I have an old injury that sometimes plays up would i still be ok to do it?
Depending on the injury yes, however i would strongly recommend personal training sessions so i could closely assess the problem then prescribe specific exercises to your needs. People often suffer for years with treatable injuries, where specific exercises could make a dramatic difference!
What happens if its dark or raining?
The classes run whatever the weather, you will not be cold for long. As for the dark it isn't a problem.
Are you insured/qualified ?
I am a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with full insurance/medical qualifications and i have the full permission to use the park.
Is there a joining/membership fee?
No, for the classes you can either pay at the start of a class (£3) or pay for 12 classes (£30) which gives you 2 free classes. Personal training sessions can be bought however you choose, prices vary depending on the number and frequency of sessions.
I don't have much space at home would this be a problem?
No i don't need much space at all, we can do a full workout in a small living room if needed.
Do i need to book myself onto a class?
No you can just turn up.
I want to lose some weight could you give me some diet advice?
Yes this comes as part of the personal training package, after looking at your current eating habits i can give you some hints and tips or a full day by day diet .
