Welcome to Parklife fitness the simple no frills approach to fitness and wellbeing.
We offer all kinds of training options, from personal training, circuit training to outdoor activities. My philosophy is simple “hard work made fun” no quick fixes or miracle diets. Whatever way you choose to work out, it has to be fun, motivating and varied.
Personal training is all about you! We’re flexible about where you want to train, devise plans specifically to suit you and your goals, and most importantly, your workout will be based on what you enjoy, then we provide the motivation to keep you going to reach your goals, no matter what they are.
Circuit training classes are held throughout the week in Graves park Sheffield. It’s a great place to train with plenty of natural obstacles to climb, jump, run and workout over... you’ll never see goal posts and tree stumps in the same way again! All levels of fitness are catered for and all levels are very welcome.
If this all sounds good, but you’re after that little bit more, then how about coming along with us to get out in the countryside and spend a day or more pushing yourself further... literally! Ever fancied camping in the wilderness or climbing a mountain? Sheffield is set among some of the most beautiful landscape Britain has to offer so why not get out and enjoy it.
